14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD<\/h2>\n<\/section>\n
At Magic Movers, you can return your moving supplies free of charge within 14 days of receipt. You have two options for this: <\/section>\n
Option 1: Return by Mail<\/span><\/section>\n
You can return the moving supplies to us free of charge. Contact us via info@magicmovers.nl or call us, and we’ll arrange for the products to be picked up. <\/section>\n
Option 2: Personal Return<\/span><\/section>\n
You can also personally return the moving supplies to our address:<\/section>\n

RETURN CONDITIONS<\/h2>\n<\/section>\n
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:<\/section>\n

  • The moving supplies must be returned within 14 days of receipt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • The products must be in their original condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      • The products must not be damaged or soiled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • Any original packaging must be returned as well<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n

          HOW TO RETURN?<\/h2>\n<\/section>\n

          1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt via info@magicmovers.nl or by phone<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n
            1. Provide your name, order number, and reason for return<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                \n
              1. We will confirm your return and provide instructions for returning<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                1. Send the products back to us or bring them in person<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n

                  REFUND<\/h2>\n<\/section>\n
                  After receiving and inspecting the returned moving supplies, you will receive your refund within 14 days to the account from which the payment was made.<\/section>\n

                  EXCEPTIONS<\/h2>\n<\/section>\n
                  The right of return does not apply to:\n

                  • Products that have been custom-made or personalized<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
