RETURN CONDITIONS

• The moving supplies must be returned within 14 days of receipt

• The products must be in their original condition

• The products must not be damaged or soiled

• Any original packaging must be returned as well

HOW TO RETURN?

1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt via info@magicmovers.nl or by phone

2. Provide your name, order number, and reason for return

3. We will confirm your return and provide instructions for returning

4. Send the products back to us or bring them in person

EXCEPTIONS

• Products that have been custom-made or personalized

• Products that by their nature cannot be returned (for example, used moving boxes)
