Return Policy – Magic Movers

14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

At Magic Movers, you can return your moving supplies free of charge within 14 days of receipt. You have two options for this:

Option 1: Return by Mail

You can return the moving supplies to us free of charge. Contact us via info@magicmovers.nl or call us, and we’ll arrange for the products to be picked up.

Option 2: Personal Return

You can also personally return the moving supplies to our address:

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The moving supplies must be returned within 14 days of receipt

The products must be in their original condition

The products must not be damaged or soiled

Any original packaging must be returned as well

HOW TO RETURN?

Provide your name, order number, and reason for return

We will confirm your return and provide instructions for returning

Send the products back to us or bring them in person

REFUND

After receiving and inspecting the returned moving supplies, you will receive your refund within 14 days to the account from which the payment was made.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of return does not apply to:

Products that have been custom-made or personalized

Products that by their nature cannot be returned (for example, used moving boxes)
