Together with your team, you help customers make the right choices.
In this commercial, sales, and service-oriented role, you speak daily with customers and colleagues. You advise customers by phone and/or email and go through their move with them. Additionally, you apply for permits with municipalities, calculate moving costs, create invoices, and maintain contact with the movers on duty.
You are a key point of contact for our customers and the movers. By taking initiative and keeping a cool head in complicated situations, you will ensure everything runs smoothly.
