In this service-oriented and communicative role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers. You will be in daily contact with customers by phone and email, guide them through the entire moving process, and ensure they feel heard and supported. You answer questions, provide solutions, and actively contribute to a smooth and worry-free moving experience.
Additionally, you maintain contact with our planners and movers to ensure all appointments are clear and achievable. You are the link that connects customers, office, and moving team.
